Owner Jen Cortez, with husband Chris have created the "Bean", to provide a comfortable and relaxed living room type venue for sipping your favorite java and teas, while listening to original locally grown music! Local art, photography and crafts are also featured, as well as free wi-fi and a nice place to read, chat with your friends, play board games, or just chill Siesta style! Our beans are locally roasted by Java Dawg Coffee Roasters of Sarasota, we have many blends to choose from! We also feature loose leaf teas from Local Coffee & Tea! Delicious bakery items, as well as healthy snacks and Fruit Smoothies are also available.

Our first original touring acoustic solo performer to pass through the doors @ the local bean all the way from Maryland. Joe played an Original set for everyone. TOURING MUSICIANS ACCOMODATIONS

Original Musicians Touring acts passing through that would like to play at The Local Bean can enjoy a retreat after the gig, in The Local Beans Tour Bus RV. Sleeps 4-6 in really good condition. We will reserve nights on Siesta Key @ the Turtle Beach Campground right on The Gulf of Mexico, or Oscar Shearer State Park in Osprey Park camping rates range between 35-65.00 per night. The Local Bean Rv Tour Bus in a beautiful Campground. Enjoy
